We are looking to hire an Office Receptionist.
Job Location: Business Bay
Timings: M-S 9AM-5PM
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Office Receptionist experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering phones and taking messages
Managing email & mail correspondence
Greet clients and visitors
Help maintain office calendar
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
Administrative or clerical experience preferred
Computer proficiency
Organizational and time management skills
