We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy female candidate to join our growing team and assist in both administrative and executive-level tasks.
Position Overview:
The Office & Operations Assistant will manage daily office operations, coordinate with suppliers, and provide direct support to our CEO in all organizational matters. This includes travel bookings, restaurant reservations, scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all daily office and administrative operations.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for the CEO.
Arrange
flights, hotels, restaurant reservations
, and travel itineraries.
Support with bookkeeping preparation, purchasing, and order tracking.
Maintain office inventory and ensure a professional work environment.
Prepare and manage documents, contracts, and internal reports.
Assist in the onboarding of new staff and internal HR coordination.
Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflows.
Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in office management, executive assistance, or operations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in
English
(Arabic or German is a plus).
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and basic familiarity with CRMs or ERP tools.
Professional, trustworthy, and discreet when handling confidential matters.
Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
