Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRING OFFICE MANAGER with expertise on below skills is required: Preferably a Filipina Lady Handles all Operations & Office Matters (Basic HR & Accounting, EXPERTISE in Procurement & Logistics, Immediate skills in Sales and End Sales support). With excellent English command in both written and oral. With good command among Staff and Colleagues. Reporting directly to the Managing Director. Attentive to details. Able to multitask. Handles daily communications in both local and international market through email, phone calls, text messaging and so on. Good working knowledge with SCE, Customs Directorate, Tamkeen, Banks, Suppliers, Clients and Freight Forwarders. Scheduling of people/staff based on Job at Sites. Able to review important documents, contracts and banking matters. Friday Off Attractive Salary is waiting for SUITABLE APPLICANTS.
