We’re currently based in Tel Aviv, NYC, Singapore, London, Abu Dhabi, and Dnipro. About the Role We are looking for a talented operations & people person to manage our new R&D Center in Abu Dhabi. Located at the heart of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM,) our center’s newly designed offices will launch in October 2022. You will work as part of a global Legal & Ops Team, as our boots on the ground in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to our VP of Global Operations. Requirements:

You have:
  • Availability to be present in the office - Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm plus additional flexibility as required
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English to assist with external communications
  • A bachelors degree
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
  • 2-3 years in a similar position in Abu Dhabi - a significant advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic - an advantage
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi governmental bodies, local companies, and the finance/tech ecosystem - an advantage

Responsibilities:

You will:
  • Support general company operations and ensure the functioning and maintain office systems and infrastructure, and manage office resources
  • Organize activities to build team culture, working closely with our local VPs
  • Be the face of our company, hosting guests, greeting visitors, and building relationships with support staff of our local stakeholders
  • Provide support for people operations (HR) and recruitment efforts
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure payments and transfers are made in a timely manner
  • Organize travel itineraries, calendars, offsite client-facing meetings
  • Assist our team with all other general organizational matters
