The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
Oversee office supplies, vendors, and facility management
Handle employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage schedules, meetings, and office communications
Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
Experience in real estate or corporate offices is an advantage
