We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Secretary / Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Dubai office. This person will coordinate administrative processes, ensure smooth office logistics, and act as a bridge between the firm and external vendors and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
? - Manage administrative procedures in UAE free zones (RAKEZ, DMCC) and mainland: employment, visa applications, license renewals, and KYC.
? - ?Arrange travel bookings -- flights, accommodation, and transfer.
? - ?Handle documents notarization, attestation and legalization with MOFA and other authorities.
? ?- Maintain company correspondence and documentation.
? ?- Oversee payments for office subscriptions and recurring expenses.
? ?- Procure office supplies and manage general logistics.
? ?- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
? ?- Ensure the office environment is organized, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
? ?- Previous experience in a professional services firm (preferably legal or consulting) is advantage.
-? ?Knowledge of UAE free zones and mainland administrative processes.
? ?- Excellent English; Russian and/or Arabic are an advantage.
? ?- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
? ?- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
