Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking an experienced and organized

Office Manager

to oversee daily administrative operations at its

Dubai

office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage office activities efficiently while supporting staff and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities:




Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed on time. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance needs. Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner. Support management with scheduling, reporting, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle confidential information.
