The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience and strong administrative skills, along with proficiency in computer applications and basic accounting knowledge. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a long-term commitment to supporting our operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle general administrative duties, documentation, and office coordination
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and related logistics
Maintain records, files, and basic accounts
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and Free Zone requirements
Support management with reports, scheduling, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous work experience in the UAE is
mandatory
Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office proficiency required)
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Long-term work commitment
Preference will be given to candidates with JAFZA/Free Zone experience
Knowledge of shipment handling and logistics is essential

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
