Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Supervise administrative and clerical staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and handle internal communication.
Maintain company records, databases, and compliance documentation.
Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, attendance tracking, and employee engagement.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to support operational needs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements:
