Inotec Facility Management is looking for an experienced and organized
Office Manager
to oversee daily administrative operations, manage office resources, and support a productive working environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of leading administrative functions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day office operations and administrative staff
Ensure smooth functioning of communication between departments
Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations
Oversee documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
Schedule meetings, organize office events, and coordinate logistics
Prepare reports and maintain internal compliance standards
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong knowledge of office procedures, ERP/Tally systems (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
