Job Description

This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the seamless operations of our office environment. The Office Manager will effectively manage various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall productivity and morale of our team.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the office and administer office policies and procedures. Maintain efficient office logistics, including supply inventory management and service provider coordination. Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for team members. Manage communication channels, including direct correspondence and inquiries. Assist in the development and management of budgets related to office expenditures. Plan company events and activities to enhance team engagement and company culture.
Requirements
3-5 years of office management experience, particularly in a tech-focused environment. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. Keen understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
