You will not only organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, but you will also create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office.   • Lead the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures, in accordance with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Labor law, fostering a harmonious and compliant workplace.
  • Strategically assess office space, allocate workstations based on seating plans and/or accommodate any special requirements and considerations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office space, such as managing office supplies, equipment and coordinating with maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Be assisting in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees, particularly in executing processes for visa application, renewal, amendment and cancellation.
  • Act as a bridge between departments, management and external contacts and agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively research, negotiate and manage contract agreements with office vendors and service providers.
  • Be responsible for P&L management, invoicing, reconciliations, auditing, compliance, payroll processing and employee benefit management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate record keeping systems, procedures and reports, as required.
  • Perform all other related and compatible duties, as assigned.
IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Be a College Graduate of any course related to Business and Office Administration and Management.
  • Have at least three (3) years of proven experience as an Office manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in the UAE.
  • Have experience in working with a startup company in the UAE.
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills for effective communication and to be able to liaise at all levels.
  • Have good technical knowledge in MS Office Suite and Internet.
  • Have highly- organized work style and ability to complete deliverables on time across fast-paced, multiple, evolving business priorities
  • Be proactive, dependable, driven, and resourceful.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to optimize office operations.
  • Be amenable to report onsite in our office in Dubai, UAE.
