Job Description

:

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Real Estate Investment company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Office Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and providing dedicated support to our executive management. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:

- Manage the executive\'s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.

- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Office Management:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to meet office needs.

- Manage office budgets and expenses, and prepare financial reports as required.

Event and Meeting Support:

- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings.

- Set up meeting rooms, arrange catering, and provide logistical support as necessary.

Communication and Liaison:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, and external partners.

- Handle incoming inquiries and information requests with professionalism and discretion.

Time Management:

- Help the executive prioritize tasks and manage their time efficiently.

- Anticipate and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts.

Problem Solving:

- Address day-to-day challenges and solve operational issues in a resourceful and efficient

manner.

- Maintain a solution-oriented approach to various office-related tasks.

Requirements

- Proven experience in administrative roles or executive support.

- Experience in Real Estate industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Russian and Arabic is preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite.

- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
