Job Summary: Looking for an Office Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Assign work to staff and manage their workload as well as output
  • Manage employee orientation and training programs
  • Handle online and paper filing systems
  • Make use of a range of software such as email, spreadsheets and databases to ensure efficient running of the office
  • Offer direct administrative support as needed
  • Create and implement new administrative systems if necessary
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a relevant Degree with experience in the same field
  • Expertise in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite required
  • Must have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Must be familiar with human resources rules and regulations
  • Good time management skills to ensure productivity and efficient use of time required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Any nationality and must be currently in the UAE
