Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Administratively supports to human resources department (recruiting support, document).
Receptions/new Board member orientations; arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town Board members; processing travel reimbursement requests; and compiling, assembling, and distributing board meeting materials. Research potential Board members for the Nomination Committee.
Participates as an adjunct member of the senior leadership team including assisting in scheduling and attending meetings. Represents the President in designated meetings as required.

Fully Responsibility for custody and establishing an archiving system to ensure all company documentation, reports, templates, and invoices are formatted in the correct style, formatted, and filled out accurately.
Work with the finance department to monitor office assets and prepare accurate reports.
Taking full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Coordinate the process and lead the operation with the regulators, authorities, Lawyers, and administrative third parties.
Deal with Governmental Authorities for all needed procedures and approvals will be required.
Developing effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics and organizing PR activities.
