Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
Handle municipality approvals, trade licenses, and permits.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle labor management and resolve employee-related issues.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Support management with reports and administrative requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in
Administration & HR
within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of municipality and government approval processes.
Experience in labor management and HR operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
