:
Oversees day to day office activities. Keep offices running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks
Supervising staff and delegate duties and responsibilities
Monitors the timely submission of invoice and purchase orders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
Manages and meets proposal deadlines
Dealing with correspondence, preparing letters, presentations and reports
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Attending meetings with senior management
Manage relationships and will act as point of contact of clients, vendors and service providers
Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Basic accounting skills
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Leadership skills and the ability to handle pressure
Attention to details and problem solving skills
