Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Setup Services division.
Oversee Marketing and Sales initiatives, ensuring lead generation and client acquisition targets are achieved.
Supervise Operations including business licensing, PRO services, and client project execution.
Monitor Accounts, invoicing, and financial compliance processes.
Lead HR and Recruiting functions, including onboarding, performance tracking, and staff coordination.
Act as the central point of contact between management and all departments.
Ensure compliance with UAE business laws, government regulations, and client requirements.
Prepare reports for senior management and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar leadership role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
business setup services, licensing, and PRO procedures
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
