Our client, an established investment business, are opening their operation in ADGM and looking to hire an experienced Office Manager and EA. You will set up and run their office while providing support for the Executive Director and wider team. You must have worked within an international organisation as well as having extensive experience within the UAE.
The Role
Full set up of office
Managing paperwork for the office including licenses, registrations and insurances
Day to day HR duties such as onboarding, salary certificates and visas
Arranging travel for the senior leadership team - providing detailed itineraries
Inbox and diary management for the ED, working across different time zones as per his ever changing location
Acting as POC for clients, ensuring the highest level of service is provided
Creating marketing materials such as presentations for external use
The Candidate
Experience in a multinational organisation
Proven experience setting up and running UAE office
Ability to deal with heavy and conflicting workloads
You must be able to support out-with office hours as per the business needs
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
Arabic would be an advantage
