As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing daily operations, and assisting with HR and administrative tasks. You will be the point of contact for all office matters and will work closely with staff and suppliers to ensure the office is well-maintained and fully equipped.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for all office-related matters
Manage daily office operations and needs
Assist with the organization of company events and conferences
Assist the HR team with HR admin tasks, well-being activities, maintaining HR databases, and scheduling interviews
Order stationery and furniture
Manage office budgets
Liaise with staff and suppliers
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
Onboard new employees
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
Academic degree- advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures
Full work proficiency with all office apps (Outlook, excel, ppt, word, etc.)
Full work proficiency in English
Full work proficiency in Arabic - advantage
Ability to work mostly from the office, with some flexibility for remote work when applicable
