About the role: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, Company leases, office equipment and supplies, facility management, communication and collaboration, for event planning and customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and other related tasks.
  • Ensure that the office is well-equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies, such as computers, printers, and office supplies.
  • Manage the office budget, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
  • Oversee the administration of the Company leases in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Manage the physical space and equipment within the office, ensuring that it is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the office, ensuring that all team members are informed about office policies, procedures, and other important information.
  • Plan and organize events, such as company parties, team-building activities, and other events.
  • Manage and organize all office information and records, ensuring that they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the office is compliant with all health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Support Partners and the management team with any visa and travel related matters.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients or customers who visit the office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience in human resources management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Desirable to have a valid UAE driving licence
