To create a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for staff, clients, and guests by handling hospitality tasks such as serving refreshments (coffee, tea, water), maintaining common areas, and supporting meeting setups. This role requires excellent hygiene, a neat appearance, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors, especially management
Prepare and clean offices, meeting rooms, and workspaces before and after use
Keep the kitchen pantry, reception, and shared areas clean and organized
Refill supplies such as water bottles, tissues, snacks, and hygiene items
Clean bathrooms and wash dishes in the kitchen
Assist with basic errands like photocopying, deliveries, and setting up event materials
Prepare the office before staff arrive and clean after working hours
Monitor and manage AC, lights, and ensure the office is safe and secure
Follow hygiene and safety rules at all times
Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance and wear a tidy uniform
Be polite, respectful, and professional with all staff and guests
? Required Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or office support is a plus
Able to speak and understand basic English
Excellent personal hygiene and grooming habits
Neat uniform, and tidy appearance
Friendly, honest, and hardworking attitude
Willing to work flexible hours during busy event periods
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
