OFFICE GIRL RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Office Cleanliness and Tidiness



-

Maintain cleanliness of the office, including floors, tables, and common areas.



2. Serving Refreshments



-

Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients.



3. Supporting Staff



-

Assist office staff with various tasks, including photocopying and organizing paperwork.



4. Stocking and Managing Supplies



-

Monitor and replenish office supplies, kitchen items, cleaning materials and others.



5. Running Office Errands



-

Perform errands such as going to post office, or other offices for required tasks.



6. Setting Up Meeting Rooms



-

Prepare and set up meeting rooms with, seating arrangements, and refreshments.



7. Maintaining the Pantry Area



-

Keep the office kitchen clean and stocked with necessary items.



8. Assisting with Ad-hoc Tasks from the Manager



-

Complete any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
