The Role
Our client is a high profile multi-national company. They are currently seeking a Facilities/Office Manager to join their team in Dubai. The candidate will be based in their Client\'s Dubai office location and be responsible for the following duties: Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Run routine maintenance inspections \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor interior and exterior areas of the office for cleanliness and general conservation \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Completes operational requirements by scheduling planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with specialized vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
Skills and qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent time management and multitasking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles \xe2\x80\xa2 Great leadership and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Hospitality Background \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience planning and maintaining Facility budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional leadership experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract handling experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail
