Office Engineer (civil)

Job Description
Office Engineer will be is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate and competitive quotations for survey-related projects. The role includes analyzing client requirements, coordinating with technical teams, estimating costs, and ensuring timely submission of proposals in line with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
commercial and technical quotations
for surveying services (e.g., topographic, cadastral, as-built, and construction surveys). ReviewRFQs, tender documents, scope of work
, and technical requirements from clients. Coordinate withsurvey managers, engineers, and field teams
to gather inputs for accurate pricing. Prepare and maintaincost estimates, pricing sheets, and breakdowns
based on labor, equipment, materials, and duration. Drafttechnical proposals
, company profiles, and project methodology where required. Follow up on submitted quotations with clients, consultants, and contractors. Maintain an organizedquotation tracking system
and update status of proposals regularly. Support thepreparation of tender documents
, pre-qualification packages, and compliance checklists. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors formaterial/equipment rate verification
(if applicable). Ensure that all quotations comply withcompany policies and client specifications
.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
.2-4 years of experience
in estimation or quotation preparation (preferably in asurveying or engineering company
). Proficient inMicrosoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
. Basic understanding ofsurveying equipment, field operations, and pricing structures
. Strongnumerical, analytical, and commercial skills
. Excellentcommunication and coordination
abilities. Detail-oriented withstrong organizational skills
and ability to meet deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
