Job description



- issue proformas and invoices

- first accounting. Follow up with senior accountant

- File and scan accounting documents

- update orders/ invoices in the shared excel masterfile

- update / follow- up Quickbooks ( CRM)

- office cash management

- reimbursements file

- samples management , follow-up with brands etc.

- customer care enquires to be assigned to sales team

Required Skills:

- good organization attitude and ability to remind / follow up all open matters .

- Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)

- experience in the same role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
