Job Description

HIOKI, a Japanese manufacturer of electrical measuring instruments located in Dubai Airport Free Zone, is looking for dynamic individuals to join the team.

Job Title: Office Coordinator



Position Overview:


The Office Coordinator will provide administrative and general support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, with an added focus on basic accounting and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle clerical and administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and document management. Assist in financial record-keeping and accounting-related tasks. Support procurement activities and monitor office supplies. Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Manage incoming calls.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, administration, or accounting support. Strong verbal and written communication skills
