Office Coordinator

Job Description

The office coordinator will be responsible for liaising with multiple cricket teams and ensuring schedules are all updated and fed into the match schedules. They are responsible for organizing and publishing the schedules with all communications between the academy and the teams. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office communications and support essential operations.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, mail, and coordinate meetings.
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate.
  • Greet customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
  • Monitor and order inventory for office and break room supplies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages.
  • Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment.
  • Sometimes work out of hours at events.
  • Work with the cricket teams and coordinate schedules and matches.
  • Publish and organize match details in an online app.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Fluent in Hindi language is a must.
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, \xe2\x80\x9cback-office\xe2\x80\x9d and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Associate\xe2\x80\x99s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.

An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. They will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
