About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office records, files, and documentation Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, expenses, petty cash) Order office supplies and manage inventory Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding paperwork Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Requirements

Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
