We are urgently hiring the below position, who has experience in Oil and Gas industry, at least 5 years, and who can join immediately. Position: Office Coordinator Location: Abu Dhabi Timing: 8 hours/per day and 6 days a week A. Responsibility: Responsible for the office's daily activities and documentation and managing office services. Implement processes and systems to enhance company operations. Handles property management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies. Perform basic and simple Bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system. B. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or is preferred. C. Experience & Skills: 5-8 years working in office admin or hospitality management is preferred. Able to carry out office services duties with accuracy and speed. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel. Excellent in oral and written English language skills. D. Professional Certificate: *Preferred relevant professional certification Job Types: Full-time, Contract COVID-19 considerations:
