Job Description

Safely transport employees and guests to various locations, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules. Manage parking logistics and ensure compliance with traffic regulations to avoid legal complications. Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, and vendors, representing the company positively. Offer support in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for visitors, contributing to a welcoming office environment. Coordinate with management regarding transportation needs and any changes to scheduled routes or timings. Assist with office errands, such as picking up documents, delivering packages, and running other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for people from India, Philippines, Nepal A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing responsibility and reliability. At least 2 years of experience in a driving or office support role, demonstrating familiarity with office operations. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes, ensuring efficient navigation and safety during travel. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with staff and clients, fostering a cooperative atmosphere. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, balancing driving duties with office support tasks.
