reliable, hardworking Office Boy/Office Assistant

to support our daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment.

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Office Boy / Office Assistant to help maintain office cleanliness, assist staff with daily requirements, and handle basic administrative support. This role is vital in ensuring the office runs efficiently and remains a welcoming space for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, etc.) Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests Ensure the pantry is stocked with essential supplies (water, coffee, tea, etc.) Assist in arranging and cleaning meeting rooms before and after appointments Handle internal mail, documents, and basic office errands (bank, courier, supplies, etc.) Report maintenance issues or shortages of supplies to the office manager Perform other tasks assigned by management to support daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality:

Any (Philippine Preferred)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience as an office boy or similar role is an advantage

Language:

Basic English communication skills

Other Requirements:

Physically fit and active Punctual, honest, and reliable Well-groomed and presentable Positive attitude and willingness to assist Able to follow instructions and work independently
