Office Assistant / Office Boy 1 Month Contract (own Visa)

Job Description
We are hiring for Office Boy/Assistant to join our client here in Abu Dhabi.
The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by performing general office duties such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, handling deliveries, and assisting staff with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office areas, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common spaces. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as needed. Ensure the availability of pantry and cleaning supplies. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required. Handle incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, and mail distribution. Support basic errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents between departments. Prepare and set up meeting rooms before scheduled meetings. Report maintenance issues or shortages to the appropriate department. Perform other administrative or office support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and office etiquette. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, respectful, and punctual. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
