1. Cleaning and maintaining the office premises including dusting, sweeping, mopping daily.
2. Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment.
3. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items.
4. Assisting in the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events.
5. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
6. Assisting in the coordination of office events and functions, including setting up decorations and arranging catering services.
7. Serves coffee and tea to customers and office visitors.
8. Organizes and controls pantry supplies and keeping track of material consumption
9. Maintaining office equipment and fixing of printers as needed.
10. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and record keeping.
11. Assist with moving, lifting, loading, and unloading warehouse materials
SKILLS-
High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Good communication skills in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
