Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Clean and tidy office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
Ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
Pantry & Hospitality Support
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
Maintain cleanliness of pantry and kitchen areas
Assist with meeting room setups and beverage arrangements
Guest Reception
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Guide guests to appropriate staff or meeting rooms
Keep reception and waiting areas neat and presentable
Administrative Assistance
Perform basic filing, photocopying, and document handling
Support staff with internal errands and deliveries
Organize and maintain office supplies

Requirements:
Must have a valid UAE visa (own visa required)
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Basic communication skills in English IS MANDATORY
Presentable, punctual, and courteous
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
