Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily
Dust and clean desks, chairs, windows, and other office furniture
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly
Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry/kitchen area
Support Duties:
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
Assist in preparing meeting rooms (cleaning, setting up chairs, arranging refreshments)
Handle minor errands like photocopying or document delivery within office premises
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas (reception, meeting rooms)
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Physically fit and able to lift/move cleaning equipment or office supplies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
