Job Title: Barista (Office)Job Purpose

To prepare and serve beverages to employees and visitors while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service quality, and professionalism within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) as per standard recipes. Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, pantry area, machines, and utensils at all times. Manage daily setup and shutdown of coffee machines and equipment. Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, cups, and related supplies; inform administration for replenishment. Provide courteous and professional service to staff and visitors. Handle light pantry duties, including arranging refreshments for meetings when required. Follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards strictly. Report equipment issues or maintenance requirements promptly.

Requirements & Skills

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred. Male candidates may apply. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences, can be helpful. Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in the workplace Good hygiene practices and attention to cleanliness. Presentable, polite, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently in an office setting.
