Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and service-oriented

Office Barista

to join our workplace experience team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and hospitality, ensuring employees, guests, and managers enjoy high-quality beverages and exceptional service throughout the day. This role plays a key part in fostering a welcoming and productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related equipment. Manage inventory of coffee supplies, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables. Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other barista tools according to hygiene standards. Greet and interact with employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in setting up beverage service for meetings, events, and company functions. Support general office hospitality duties, including light kitchen or pantry tasks as needed. Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the Office Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista or in a hospitality/food service role. Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a corporate or office environment. Familiarity with premium coffee equipment.
