As our Office Barista, you'll be the heart of our office's caffeine culture, providing excellent service to our employees and guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages (espresso, latte art, pour-overs, etc.), teas, and other drinks.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, equipment, and utensils to high standards.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, performing light troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all coffee bar visitors.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in a corporate or office environment.
In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machines, and latte art.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
A passion for coffee and providing exceptional service.
Must be located in Dubai, UAE.
Salary:
AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month
