Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests or clients.
  • To effectively maintain overall office environmental hygiene.
  • Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers.
  • Offering and providing refreshments; preparing coffee or tea before or during meetings.
  • Prepares boardroom/meeting areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen/pantry.
  • To ensure that all necessary office /pantry supplies are properly stocked and readily available.
  • Doing basic administrative work.
  • Must be hygienic and tidy all the time.
Requirements:
  • Presentable with pleasing personality.
  • Very organized and hygienic.
  • Experience in restaurants or cafes as Waitress / Server will be an advantage.
  • Preferably from Philippines.
