We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing team in the UAE. The Office Assistant will support our business growth by performing these duties:

1. Liaise with various UAE government offices for the following activity: To handle Visa renewal process of UAE employees To handle UAE office trade license renewal activity To handle client gate pass requirements for UAE employees2. Print and courier the invoices to our clients 3. Follow up with clients for pending invoices for payment on a weekly basis 4. Organizing hotel arrangements for any office-initiated events like seminars 5. Periodically monitor our client portals like for latest updates and keep informing the account manager. 6. Assist Account Manager for any miscellaneous office related activities like maintaining of files

Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in any branch of study EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 years of work experience in Abu Dhabi with various UAE government offices for handling visa renewals for UAE employees, handling UAE office trade license renewal activity and handling client gate pass requirements for UAE employees. SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent in English to read, write and speak Fluent in Arabic to read and speak Holds valid UAE driving license
