Office Assistant/Office Boy/Office Girl
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.
Collaborate with the administrative team to coordinate and support various office activities and events.
Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external service providers as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
