Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Keeping the office clean and tidy by performing daily cleaning tasks, including damp dusting furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms. Serving tea and coffee to staff and office visitors and ensuring that the office kitchen is clean and well-stocked. Disposing of trash, waste, and other disposable materials in a timely and responsible manner. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively. Handling queries and requests from visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment and scheduling maintenance visits as necessary. Ensuring safety precautions are taken during all housekeeping services. Maintaining a neat and clean personal appearance at all times. Being able to move outside the office for any kind of task directed to him/her. Demonstrating a positive attitude, attentiveness, and a responsible approach to work. Handling electronic files and papers and providing assistance with word processing when necessary. Assisting with menial office tasks as required by the office staff. Maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises and pantry area. Performing other duties as required by management.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:

A high school / diploma preferable. 1-2 Year experience as an office assistant or in a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and communicate effectively. A warm and friendly personality and great communication skills. The ability to work well under limited supervision. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A neat and clean personal appearance, with attention to detail and good hygiene practices.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
