JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor
Clean office kitchen/Office on daily basis
Should be able to operate Office Accessories like Photocopy Machine, Printers, Scanners, etc.
Maintains the stock supplies of pantry items and stationery.
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and rest room at all times.
Prepares tea, coffee for guests and visitors

Excellent Hygiene Etiquette & Practice
Candidate should be presentable
Experience as a Office assistant is a must
Organize office and assist the employees
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Should Know how to operate Coffee Machine.
