Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE (preferred).
Punctual, clean, and reliable.
Able to serve tea/coffee and maintain office cleanliness.
Courteous with staff and visitors.
Basic English knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Tagalog is required to communicate effectively with staff.
