Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and update data in internal databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified issues.
Maintain and organize digital and physical files as required.
Prepare and generate routine data reports for management.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (e.g., document scanning, filing, correspondence).
Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify necessary information.
Support office operations and contribute to process improvements where possible.

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative work preferred but not required (training will be provided).
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
