The Role
Position: Office Assistant Salary: 4,000 AED - 8,000 AED depending on the qualifications and experience Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the client: The hiring company is a wholesaler and supplier of precious metals and stones. . Handling incoming calls and other communications. . Managing filing system. . Recording information as needed. . Greeting clients and visitors as needed. . Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. . Helping organize and maintain office common areas. . Performing general office clerk duties and errands. . Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required. . Coordinating events as necessary. . Maintaining office equipment as needed. . Aiding with client reception as needed. . Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements
Requirements . Must Know basic Audit/Basic accounting . Must have DMCC accounting background \ VAT experience . Must be flexible to attend various exhibitions across UAE . 3-4 years of work experience in accounting . Quick learner . Driving license (optional)
