Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our construction company. The candidate will assist the office team, handle documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between the office and site teams.
-Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic project documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and suppliers.
Assist in preparing purchase orders and delivery notes.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Update project tracking sheets and follow up on pending tasks.
Support HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative tasks.
Assist in arranging meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
-Requirements
High school diploma or higher; diploma in administration is a plus.
Previous experience in construction industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi added advantage).
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Well-organized, responsible, and punctual.
