We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant & Cleaner to ensure our office is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming for employees and guests. The candidate will also support with hospitality tasks such as preparing and serving tea, coffee, and food, assisting in welcoming visitors, and providing basic office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms).
Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in arranging and serving food during meetings or events when required.
Welcome and guide visitors/guests politely and professionally.
Ensure pantry items and cleaning supplies are stocked and available.
Provide basic office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Support office staff with small errands or admin tasks when needed.
Follow company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and guest handling.
Requirements:
Previous experience in office cleaning, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, printing/scanning).
Good communication skills and polite behavior with guests and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning duties.
Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
