Key Responsibilities
Manage office administrative functions, supplies, and daily operations
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
Maintain accurate filing and record systems
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice handling, petty cash, and data entry
Provide administrative support to different departments
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required
Requirements
Experience in an
office administration
role
Basic knowledge of

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
